RETURN OF GOODS OF GOOD QUALITY. The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of good quality for similar goods, if the specified goods did not fit in shape, size, style, color, size or configuration. The exchange of a non-food product of good quality is carried out if the specified product has not been used, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, and factory labels are preserved. (Art. 28, Z. RB on consumer protection).

Return goods of good quality is 14 days from the moment you receive the goods.
If a similar product is not on sale on the day the consumer contacts the seller, the consumer has the right to refuse to execute the contract of sale and to demand the return of the sum of money paid for the specified goods. The consumer’s requirement to return the amount of money paid for the specified goods shall be satisfied within three days from the date of return of the specified goods.
Return the goods of good quality, the buyer performs at his own expense.
RETURN OF GOODS QUALITY NOT REQUIRED.
If a consumer detects defects in a product and demands that a product be replaced, the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative) is obliged to replace such product immediately, and if it is necessary to further check the quality of such goods by the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative), replace it within fourteen days from the date of submission of this requirement. ( Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus )
If a dispute arises between a consumer and a seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative) about the presence of defects in the goods and the reasons for their occurrence, the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative) is obliged to examine the goods at his own expense in the manner established by the Government of the Republic of Belarus. The place and time of the examination of the consumer must be notified in writing.
