Non-stick coated lines: Prestige, Mechta, Granite, Mramor, Diamond Induction.

Before the first use:

Prestige, Mechta, Granite, Mramor and Diamond Induction cookware should be cleaned with hot water with a soft sponge and detergent, wiped dry and apply little oil onto the inner surface.

During use:

  • It is important to choose the right diameter of the burner so that it is smaller than the diameter of the bottom of the cookware used. When using gas burners, it is necessary to ensure that the flame does not extend beyond the bottom of the product;
  • it is recommended to cook at low and medium heat levels: overheating can damage non-stick coating. To achieve higher temperatures, heat the cookware gradually (aluminum alloys have the highest thermal conductivity);
  • it is forbidden to heat the cookware without adding oil or moisture-forming products;
  • do not put frozen food in a heated cookware in order to avoid damage of the coating;
  • the cookware with bakelite handles should only be used on open heaters;
  • utensils with metal handles and borosilicate glass lids with metal handles can also be used in the oven;
  • to use a frying pan with a detachable handle in the oven, you must remove the handle from the product, the rest of the fastening of the bakelite handle withstands heating up to 180 ° C;
  • cookware should be protected from falling, in order to avoid deformation of the body, damage or chipping of the non-stick coating;
  • it is forbidden to cut cooked food in the cookware with a non-stick coating: the knives leave deep scratches;
  • darkening and scratches caused by the prolonged use of the cookware do not interfere with its further use because of food grade aluminum alloy.

After use:

  • the cookware should be allowed to cool and then washed with a detergent inside and out without using metal brushes and abrasive cleaners. It is recommended to use special sponges for washing dishes with non-stick coating. These actions will prevent the occurrence of soot on the surface of products;
  • Mechta, Granite, Mramor and Diamond Induction cookware are allowed to wash in the dishwasher;
  • Prestige cookware is not recommended to use in the dishwasher, as the bottom is not coated and aluminum will darken;
  • in order to avoid damage to the coating should not cool the hot dishes with cold water;
  • Do not place a hot glass lid under a stream of cold water, as this can lead to glass breakage due to thermal shock;
  • when storing dishes by inserting one product into another, in order to avoid scratches, it is recommended to put a napkin or paper towel between them;
  • in case of a gap in the handle mounting, it is necessary to tighten the screw with a screwdriver.

Polesie line (uncoated)

Before first use:

Wash the Polesie line with hot water with a soft sponge and detergent, wipe dry, pour salt into grinding pan No. 1 in a dry frying pan, heat for 5 minutes, allow to cool and remove it. Next, pour vegetable oil into the pan so that it covers the bottom and walls for 1-3 cm (depending on the height of the dish), put on a small fire, ignite and cool, drain the oil and start cooking. After calcination, an oil film is formed, which reduces the likelihood of food sticking, but does not completely eliminate it.

During use:

  • It is important to choose the right diameter of the burner so that it is smaller than the diameter of the bottom of the dishes used. When using gas burners, it is necessary to ensure that the flame does not extend beyond the bottom of the product;
  • in a bowl with a thickened bottom, it is recommended to cook at low and medium heat levels. To achieve higher temperatures, heat the dishes gradually (aluminum alloys have the highest thermal conductivity);
  • products with plastic handles should be used only on open heaters and not used in the oven;
  • utensils with metal handles and borosilicate glass lids with metal handles can be used in the oven;
  • during the preparation of acid-containing products, dark spots may form on the inner surface of the dish. They are removed with a solution of soda. When used, the surface of the dish without coating darkens, which is not a manufacturing defect;

After use:

  • Polesie cookware is not recommended to  the dishwasher;
  • do not place a hot glass lid under a stream of cold water since it can lead to glass breakage due to thermal shock;
  • do not store cooked food in Polesie cookware;
  • in case of a gap in the handle mounting, tighten the screw with a screwdriver.
